1748, Aug 14, Gurdon, son of Samuel Sedgwick was baptized. Hubert Sedgwick always said Gordon was born "probably at Tyringham, Mass" but they had apparently not left West Hartford yet.

Sedgwick, Deborah, d. Sep 16, 1833, @ 84y bur. on Fancher lot..
Francis Morris Sedgwick said "Samuel Sedgwick, b. March 14, 1754 W. Hartford." Obviously this Baptism and Birth date cannot both be correct. Has it been lost in the conversion from the old to the new year numbering system (1753/54)? Was there a transcription error?

Records of the United Presbyterian Congregational Church in Paris:
Ruth Larrabee (died) (bet. dates July 1854 and March 1855)
Ruth was rumored to have lived to be 115 years old, to have died about 1880, but she apparently does not show up in th 1860 census, so I believe this to be the right Ruth Larrabee.
