Robert and Anna appear to hae been counted twice. On one page they show as Robert H age 24 and Ann age 23. On the other R.H. age 24 and Anne age 22.
From the Coroner's Office, Cook Co., Illinois: Cert 124/132 Inquest No. 18456, upon the body of Robert H. Sedgwick. County of Cook, State of Illinois, on the 22nd day of June 1900. VERDICT: The said Robert H. Sedgwick now lying dead at 6905 S. Halsted St in said City of Chicago, County of Cook, State of Illinois came to his death on the 21st day of June AD 1900 from cypertrophy and fatty degeneration of the heart on the Prairie at 103 and Wood Street on June 21st 1900. Witnesses: James C. Sedgwick of Champagn, Ill, contractor; Joseph Springer of 181 W. Madison, occupation listed as "PoS"; Bernard T. Morris of 6511 Evans Ave, occupation listed as "Pol Af"
