ZOE MAY PRESTON, youngest daughter of Eli V. and May C, (Stewart) Preston, was born Feb. 15, 1882, at Washington, Mich., removing to Louisiana with her parents in 1890. She married at Kentwood, La., Oat. 20, 1904, Nathaniel Amaker Kent, born Nov. 8, 1868, at Kentwood, and died April 29, 1922, at New Orleans, La.; buried at Hammond, La. He was son of George and Dean (Amaker) Kent, of Kentwood, La. They lived many years at Havana, Cuba. Their children were:

1. Marion Dean Kent, b. July 23, 1905. (163,852,21)
2. Stewart Preston Kent, b. Feb. 23, 1911. (163,852,2233)
3. Zoe May Kent, b. June 28, 1913. (163,852,23)

MARION DEAN KENT, oldest child of Nathaniel A. and Zoe May (Preston) Kent, was born July 23, 1905, at Kentwood, La. She married at Hammond, La., June 29, 1931, Conrad Grant Kidder, born Mar. 5, 1905, at Hammond, La. Marion Dean Kent was educated at Cathedral Schools of Havana, Cuba; Brenau College, Gainesville, Ga.; and received B. A. degree at Louisiana State University, 1928.

STEWART PRESTON KENT, 2nd, child of Nathaniel A. and Zoe M. (Preston) Kent, was born Feb. 23, 1911, at Havana, Cuba. He graduated from Riverside Military Academy, Gainesville, Ga., 1929, and fron Louisiana State University, 1934. (Petroleum Engineer.) He is not married 1936.

ZOE MAY KENT, 3rd. and youngest child of Nathaniel and Zoe M. (Preston) Kent, was born June 28, 1913, in Havana, Cuba. She married at Hammond, La., June 14, 1933, Polk Hebert, Jr., born Dec. 9, 1902, at Jeanerette, La., son of Polk and Alice (Johnson) Hebert, Sr., of Jeanerette, La. They have one child:

1. Zoe May Hebert, b. Oct. 9, 1935, at New Orleans, La.
