Has anyone seen this book?

In the 1860's George Sedgwick (41414) of Chicago wrote a 300 page hand-written book documenting all the research he had done. During the Great Chicago Fire, he actually took the book out onto Lake Michigan in a boat to protect it. About 1934 the book was in the possession of Mr. Earl Phillips Sedgwick of North Chicago IL; Francis Morris Sedgwick borrowed it and quotes it often in the 1934 Manuscript.
