The FreeFind search engine has proven to be very effective, and it's free!

There are a lot of books and manuscripts here at Sedgwick.org that are in scanned image format. They are not searchable. Everybody, please take some time to type several pages and send them to me in any text format. I will assemble them into a common html format and post them, in place of scanned book or manuscript pages, in addition to scanned original documents. Then the search engine will be more even useful to us all.
